If you haven’t been to Gringo’s Tacos, you’re missing out on one of the coolest, most down-to-earth spots around. And a huge part of that is thanks to Rocky Ross. The man has clearly poured his whole heart, soul, and probably a few gallons of sweat into building a place that just feels right the moment you walk in. Rocky has crafted an atmosphere that’s the perfect blend of chill, creative, and welcoming. It’s the kind of spot where you can crush some tacos, catch a good vibe, and forget about the rest of the world for a bit. Nothing forced, nothing fake — just a guy who genuinely cares about giving people a great place to hang. And the food? Brother… the food SLAPS. Fresh, flavorful, and way better than anything a place with this much personality has any right to produce. You can tell the menu was built by someone who loves what he does and takes pride in every bite that leaves the kitchen. But here’s the cherry on top, right next door you’ve got the tattoo shop. Good tacos, good ink, good people… it’s like Rocky created the ultimate little corner of town where you can fuel up, hang out, and maybe even walk away with some new artwork if you’re feeling bold. Not many places can pull off that combo, but he absolutely nailed it. Bottom line: Gringo’s Tacos & Rocky Ross is a whole experience. Rocky has worked hard to build something unique, inviting, and genuinely awesome. Support the guy, enjoy the food, soak in the atmosphere, and you’ll walk out already planning your next trip back.

This place is a vibe! Top notch ambiance and serve. The bartender, George, was as good as they get. I wish I lived closer, because I would be a regular at this neighborhood joint.

What a great new place in the neighborhood! The tacos were excellent and vibe was humming. Check out the original decor and engage with friendly staff. You even get a tattoo discount next door when you buy tacos. They are still working out some kinks, but this place is cool.
